Cupping
Cupping Therapy works by increasing blood flow to a certain areas of the body. Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electrical pumps).
Depending on your issue, through either heat or suction, the skin is gently drawn upwards by creating a vacuum in a cup over the target area of the skin. This process helps to separate the different layers of skin and also expands the blood vessels. The cup stays in place for five to fifteen minutes and after just 1 treatment you will begin to feel the benefits for your typical ache and pain!
Cupping helps assist with healing from sports injuries, and aids in general recovery and can also be used to treat cellulite, stretch marks, surgical scars, varicose veins. Cupping Therapy allows your blood to circulate to the superficial layers of your skin and helps to start your own body’s natural healing process.
