Corrective Exercise Program
Your ability to move plays a key role in obtaining your overall fitness goal. I will develop and coach you through a customized fitness program. This program will stabilize and strengthen the muscles in your body that are imbalanced. At the end of each corrective exercise session you will be provided with a straightforward and affective routine to complete on your own during the week. Not only will you start to see a dramatic change in your body’s posture, you’ll have the ability to participate in the sports you love, performing at a much higher intensity level, all while reducing the risk of future injuries.

My main focus with clients is to improve your range of motion and get back to “pain free” movement. I use myo-fascial release techniques that help break up adhesions or knots in the muscle tissue that inhibit optimal range of motion. I also work on strengthening muscles that are weak and improving body balance, which helps decrease aches and pains.
